Þórunn Gröndal

Þórunn Gröndal, born on December 19, 1933, in Reykjavík, Iceland, passed away on October 3, 2023, at the age of nearly 92. She was the youngest of five siblings and had a long life marked by family, having married twice and raising five children. A graduate of Verzlunarskóla Íslands in 1953, she worked in various administrative roles and co-founded a business with her second husband. Known for her warm hospitality, she created a welcoming home for her large family.
