Đặng Kiên Di

Đặng Kiên Di, also known as Kiki Phụng, is a Vietnamese entrepreneur who has lived and worked in Hong Kong for nearly 20 years. She is the owner of Bánh mì Nếm, a Vietnamese sandwich shop that gained significant recognition by being the only Vietnamese establishment included in the Michelin Guide's Selected list in 2023. After leaving her job as a court interpreter, Kiki opened her shop in 2024, focusing on authentic Vietnamese flavors that resonate with the tastes of Saigon. Her commitment to using traditional recipes and fresh ingredients has attracted a dedicated following, including local celebrities.
