He is recognized for leading a team of students in creating NIION, the world's first compressed fuel pellets made from garlic skins. This innovative product aims to utilize agricultural waste to generate a sustainable energy source while addressing environmental concerns. The project, initially inspired by the large amounts of garlic waste produced by his family's processing business, has garnered attention for its potential applications in cooking, pest control, and eco-friendly energy solutions.
