Đorđe Blažić

Đorđe Blažić is the head of the Faculty of State and European Studies (FDES) in Montenegro, which was recently involved in a legal case regarding alleged discrimination by the state concerning funding for educational programs. The court ruled that the government was not obligated to pay FDES €450,000 in damages, concluding that the faculty had not been discriminated against in comparison to other educational institutions.
