Əliqulu Səfərov

Əliqulu Səfərov was a prominent Azerbaijani journalist and the editor of the satirical publication 'Şəbnamə', which emerged in the 1890s in Tabriz. He played a significant role in the early Azerbaijani press, using humor and satire to address social issues and critique the existing governance. His work laid the groundwork for later influential publications, including 'Molla Nəsrəddin'.
