This specialized prosecution office is responsible for overseeing legal matters related to defense and military operations in Eastern Ukraine. They are involved in investigating incidents that affect military personnel and the compliance with military laws, especially during times of conflict. Recently, they have been active in investigating a missile strike on a military base in Dnipropetrovsk region, where Ukrainian soldiers were killed and injured.
