品川一誠

品川一誠 is an 80-year-old farmer and the founder of a natural organic farm in Ping Chau, Hong Kong. He has dedicated his later years to cultivating organic vegetables and discovering the potential of mulberry leaves for tea production. After facing numerous challenges in his farming journey, including a lack of agricultural experience and a barren land, he stumbled upon the sweet taste of wild mulberries, which inspired him to explore the culinary use of mulberry leaves. His passion for this plant has led to collaborations with local tea brand '小島一葉,' where he conducts workshops to educate city dwellers on the process of harvesting and preparing mulberry leaf tea.
