阿聰

阿聰 is the owner of a popular Taiwanese-style fried egg scallion pancake stall at the West Kowloon Centre, where he expertly prepares freshly made pancakes that feature a crispy exterior and a runny egg yolk. After being inspired by a trip to Taiwan, he self-taught the art of making these pancakes and successfully opened his shop, offering a lighter, fresher take compared to traditional versions.
