Aard Veldhuizen

Aard Veldhuizen serves as the treasurer of the Stichting Sranan Boeroe (SSB) and is an advocate for documenting and celebrating the history of the Boeroe community in Suriname. He highlighted the importance of a commemorative coin, created to honor the 180 years of the Boeroes' presence in Suriname, which symbolizes the contributions of their ancestors to the nation's development.
