Abas Byakagaba

Abas Byakagaba is the Inspector General of Police (IGP) in Uganda, responsible for overseeing the country's police force and ensuring public safety. He was recently in the news following a counter-terrorism operation that intercepted and neutralized two suspected suicide bombers near a church in Kampala ahead of Uganda's Martyrs Day celebrations.
