Abayomi Alaka

Abayomi Alaka was recently in the news after the Lagos State Special Offences Court acquitted him of charges brought by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, which accused him of retaining proceeds of crime. The court found that the prosecution failed to establish a prima facie case against him, leading to his discharge.
