Abbas Hilmi II

Abbas Hilmi II was the Khedive of Egypt from 1892 to 1914, ruling during a period of significant political change and foreign influence in Egypt. He was known for his efforts to modernize Egypt, as well as for his complex relationships with British colonial authorities and local elites.
