Abbas Khater Bakhit

Abbas Khater Bakhit is a lieutenant colonel and a commander in the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) of Sudan, who has recently been named by Amnesty International as one of the key individuals responsible for serious violations of international law during the RSF's actions in El Fasher, which included allegations of crimes against humanity and ethnic cleansing.
