Abdellatif Komat

Abdellatif Komat has been appointed as the Director of Institutional Relations and Human Capital at ESCA Ecole de Management, where he aims to enhance the institution's governance and advance its ambitious vision for human capital development. With a doctorate in economics and management, he has held significant roles in higher education, including Vice-President of Hassan II University of Casablanca and Dean of its Faculty of Legal, Economic and Social Sciences. Komat is recognized for his expertise in human resources management, leadership, and development economics, and has contributed extensively to academic research and social initiatives, particularly in promoting women's economic status in Morocco.
