Abdi Guliye is a former commissioner at the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) in Kenya. He remained in office during a highly contentious period of electoral politics, supporting Wafula Chebukati amidst numerous challenges and controversies, and was part of the commission that oversaw the 2022 General Election.
