Abdul Hadi al-Iraqi

Abdul Hadi al-Iraqi was an al Qaeda leader involved in the training and operations of foreign fighters in Afghanistan, including Spin Ghul. He was responsible for overseeing safe houses and coordinating militant activities during the U.S. invasion of Afghanistan.
