Abdul Khabeer Azad
Abdul Khabeer Azad is the Chairman of the Ruet-e-Hilal Committee in Pakistan, responsible for the sighting of the moon to determine the start of Ramadan and other Islamic months. Under his leadership, the committee convened a meeting in Peshawar to observe the moon for Ramadan 1446 Hijri, aiming to synchronize the beginning of Ramadan across the country.
