
Abdul Rauf Azhar
Abdul Rauf Azhar was a prominent figure in the terrorist organization Jaish-e-Mohammad, known for masterminding the hijacking of Indian Airlines flight IC-814 in 1999. As the operational head of the group and the brother of its founder, Masood Azhar, Rauf was linked to numerous high-profile attacks against India, including the 2001 attack on the Indian Parliament and the 2019 Pulwama attack.
