Abdullah Swaray is the Acting CEO of the National Insurance Corporation of Liberia (NICO), where he leads efforts to launch a national health insurance pilot program aimed at providing affordable healthcare to vulnerable populations. He is committed to designing healthcare packages that are responsive to the real needs of citizens, while also ensuring that the government subsidizes costs to make healthcare accessible for all Liberians.
