Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Rassi is the Undersecretary for International Multilateral Affairs and the General Supervisor of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' Public Diplomacy Agency in Saudi Arabia. He recently participated in a coordination meeting of the Foreign Ministers of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) to discuss regional cooperation and current developments in the Gulf area.
