Abdurasul Abduvaliyev

Abdurasul Abduvaliyev was a 65-year-old preventative inspector in the Yuksalish neighborhood of Xo‘jaobod district, Uzbekistan, who tragically lost his life on July 1, after being fatally stabbed while attempting to disarm a drunken individual threatening his family. In recognition of his bravery and sacrifice, he was posthumously awarded the 'Jasorat' (Courage) medal by presidential decree, which was presented to his family by the regional governor, Shuhratbek Abdurahmonov.
