Born in the village of Kok-Zhide in the Jety-Su region, he volunteered for the front lines at the age of 18, serving with valor in significant battles including Stalingrad and the defense of Port Arthur. After the war, he continued his service in law enforcement, earning respect for his integrity and dedication. He passed away in 2014, leaving behind a legacy of honor and humility, with memorials established in his name to commemorate his contributions.
