Abel Gómez

Abel Gómez is the president of the Federación Nacional de Cooperativas de Transporte Público de Pasajeros del Ecuador (Fenacotip), an organization representing passenger transport cooperatives in Ecuador. Recently, he was in the news for participating in a meeting with government ministers to address the rising insecurity and extortion affecting transport operators on the country's roads, particularly along the coast.
