Abi Martin

Abi Martin is the city centre chair for ACORN Calgary, advocating for the adoption of a maximum-temperature bylaw in Calgary to protect vulnerable populations like seniors and low-income renters from extreme heat. She has been actively calling for action in the wake of the 2021 heat wave that resulted in numerous deaths in the province.
