Abidjata Ajengāra

Abidjata Ajengāra is the granddaughter of B. K. S. Iyengar and a highly experienced Iyengar yoga teacher. She began her yoga journey at the age of 16 under her grandfather's guidance and has since become a prominent figure in the Iyengar yoga community. Abidjata is set to honor her grandfather's legacy by leading the IV Iyengar Yoga Convention in Latvia, showcasing her deep connection to the teachings and practices of Iyengar yoga.
