Abou Lou, also known as 'el carnicero del siglo', is a brigadier general of the Rapid Support Forces (FAR) in Sudan, notorious for his involvement in horrific acts of violence against civilians in El Fasher. He gained infamy through social media, sharing videos of his brutal actions, and is emblematic of the paramilitary's disregard for human life.
