Aboubacar Ould Mohamed is the Assistant Governor of the Adrar region in Mauritania. He recently oversaw the distribution of 1,018 food baskets to underprivileged families in the region, an initiative aimed at supporting vulnerable populations ahead of the holy month of Ramadan, in line with the directives of President Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani.
