Aboubakar Mambimba Ndjouingui

Aboubakar Mambimba Ndjouingui is the Director General of the Agence gabonaise d’études et d’observations spatiales (AGEOS), a public agency in Gabon dedicated to the collection and analysis of earth observation data. He recently made headlines for signing a strategic protocol agreement with the Autorité de régulation des communications électroniques et des postes (ARCEP) on January 27, 2026, aimed at enhancing the monitoring of radio installations through improved collaboration and data sharing.
