Abraham Aliaga

Abraham Aliaga was a migrant from Huancayo who moved to Lima in the 1960s and became a well-known herb specialist, creating a beloved emoliente recipe that has been passed down through generations. He established his presence in the Mercado La Parada and later the Mercado 3 de febrero, where his emoliente became a local favorite. Although he faced health challenges later in life, Aliaga's legacy lives on through his granddaughter Raquel, who revived his emoliente business.
