Abu Khatab

Abu Khatab is a Syrian man who recently transferred from the notorious Al Hol detention camp to the new Aq Burhan camp, along with his two wives and children. He expressed his relief at leaving Al Hol, where life was marked by hardship, arrests, and a lack of communication with the outside world, and shared his hope for a simple life away from accusations of affiliation with Islamic State.
