Adam M.
Adam M. is a 35-year-old resident of Trebišov, Slovakia, who was recently in the news for being convicted of unauthorized business activities related to providing legal services without the necessary qualifications. Despite having a legal education, he operated as a legal service provider without passing the required bar exams. In August 2022, he was found guilty by the Trebišov District Court, but the court opted not to impose a sentence, a decision that the prosecutor contested. The case was later closed by the Košice Regional Court.
