Adam Malysz is a former Polish ski jumper, widely regarded as one of the greatest in the history of the sport. Born on December 3, 1977, he achieved notable success in the late 1990s and early 2000s, winning four Holmenkollen medals and two Olympic medals, including a gold at the 2002 Salt Lake City Games. After retiring from competitive skiing, Malysz transitioned into a role as a ski jumping coach and later became the president of the Polish Ski Association. He has been in the news recently due to his public dissatisfaction with Alexander Stöckl's performance as the sport director, which Stöckl claimed was discussed without prior communication.
