Adam Shil

Adam Shil is an American ice hockey goaltender who recently signed a one-year contract with the Kazakhstani team Barys Astana. He began his professional career in the Dallas Stars organization and played for the Colorado Eagles in the American Hockey League, where he recorded a 90.4% save percentage in 14 games. Shil's addition to Barys comes amidst questions regarding the financing of foreign players in the club, as Kazakhstan has implemented regulations prohibiting state funding for foreign athletes.
