Adán García Ramos

Adán García Ramos is an experienced economist who previously led the Non-Tax Revenue and Hydrocarbons Unit in Mexico's Ministry of Finance. His extensive background in financial administration has positioned him to head the General Directorate of PMI Comercio Internacional, a Pemex subsidiary responsible for the international trade of crude oil and petrochemicals.
