Adela Guamancusi

Adela Guamancusi is the wife of Marcos Quispe Riveros and has been implicated in a bribery scheme where she allegedly coordinated payments with Iván Paredes, the head of the National Penitentiary Institute, in hopes of securing her husband's release from prison.
