Adrian Weckler

Adrian Weckler is an Irish Independent journalist who has been a vocal advocate for mental health awareness, particularly in relation to his late brother Simon, who struggled with paranoid schizophrenia. After the death of their mother in 2023, Adrian took on the role of primary caretaker for Simon, emphasizing the deficiencies in the public health and social services that he believes contributed to his brother's tragic situation.
