Adutwum Atta-Manu is the General Secretary of the Kantamanto Obroniwaawu Businesses Association (KOBA), actively involved in implementing safety measures at the Kantamanto Market in Accra following a devastating fire outbreak. He has been vocal about the need for improved electrical wiring standards and has overseen the training of security personnel to enhance market safety. Atta-Manu has also addressed the challenges of rebuilding the market with temporary wooden structures due to urgent pressures from local traditional leaders, while planning to adhere to fire safety recommendations from the Ghana National Fire Service.
