Afra Dilshad Okyere was a three-year-old girl of Ghanaian descent who tragically lost her life in a car accident on February 24, 2025, in Belluno, Italy. She was traveling with her family when a dangerous overtaking maneuver led to a collision involving multiple vehicles, resulting in her untimely death despite efforts to save her. Her father, who was in Belgium at the time, described her as his 'little angel.'
