Afuda Theophilus is a businessman and a collation agent for the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Esan North East, who was a witness during the Edo State Governorship Election Petition Tribunal, where he initially denied incidents of over-voting but later admitted to such occurrences under cross-examination.
