Agahter Atuhaire

Agahter Atuhaire is a Ugandan journalist and activist who was recently in the news for her arrest in Tanzania while attending a trial for a Tanzanian opposition leader. Her detention, along with fellow activist Boniface Mwangi, sparked international concern regarding the treatment of political dissidents in East Africa.
