Agda Óliver, 44, is the owner of Meu Mecânico — A oficina da mulher in Brasília, which is the first automotive workshop dedicated to women in Brazil. With plans to celebrate its 15th anniversary in 2025, Agda established her business to address the poor treatment women often receive at traditional garages, providing a respectful and empowering environment for female customers.
