Agnes Sayi

Agnes Sayi is the Head of Legal Services at the Public Procurement Appeals Authority (PPAA) in Tanzania, recognized for her role in promoting accountability and transparency within public procurement processes. She recently highlighted the authority's impressive resolution rate of 96.7 percent for procurement appeals during the 2025/26 financial year, emphasizing the importance of timely dispute resolution in ensuring fairness in awarding public contracts.
