Agreement Jotiya

Agreement Jotiya is the Deputy Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Child Welfare and Basic Education in Botswana. He recently drew attention to the challenges faced by rural schools, particularly in Eretsha, where he explained that despite the government's substantial annual investment in education, less than 10% of the budget is allocated for infrastructure improvements, leaving schools in dire conditions.
