Agustín Argüelles

Agustín Argüelles is a civil engineer known for his pivotal role in designing the high-speed train (AVE) system in Spain, as well as for his work on the Expo 92 in Seville. He played a significant part in transforming the infrastructure of the region, advocating for the development of the AVE, which he described as a project that brought modernity and connectivity to Andalusia.
