Ahmed Khechine

Ahmed Khechine is a prominent figure in the Tunisian film industry, recognized for his role in establishing the section of Kairouan for the Association of Young Tunisian Filmmakers, which eventually became the Tunisian Federation of Amateur Filmmakers. He is noted for directing his first short film 'Bonjour oncle Hadj' in 1964, contributing to the growth of local cinema.
