Ahmed Mahmoud Mohamed Abdullah Al-Tayeb

Lieutenant General Ahmed Mahmoud Mohamed Abdullah Al-Tayeb is the Chief of Staff of the National Gendarmerie in Mauritania. He has been involved in overseeing various security operations and initiatives aimed at strengthening border security and maintaining public safety. Recently, he was in the news for conducting a field visit to the water crossing in the city of Rosso, where he assessed the efforts being made to secure the border with Senegal.
