Ahmet Sever was a prominent Turkish journalist and press advisor, born in 1960 in Konya. He graduated from the Political Science Faculty of Brussels University and began his career as a reporter, holding various positions in major media organizations, including international representation and management roles. Sever served as the chief press and communication advisor during Abdullah Gül's tenure as Prime Minister and continued in this role when Gül became President. He passed away at his home in Cihangir, Istanbul, reportedly due to a heart attack.
