Aidos Yespolov

Aidos Yespolov is a Kazakh entrepreneur and former official, notably serving as an advisor for the 'Astana EXPO-2017' project. He has held various leadership positions, including in corporate governance within state-owned enterprises and as the deputy akim (mayor) of Aktobe. He is also known for his role in founding the Eurasian Technological University. Recently, he was in the news due to his arrest in Astana, which is currently under investigation by the National Security Committee of Kazakhstan.
