Aikaterini Rosa Botsari

Born in 1818/1820, Aikaterini Rosa Botsari was the daughter of the legendary Greek hero Markos Botsaris, known for his bravery in the Greek War of Independence. Raised in a family of notable heritage, she grew to become a symbol of beauty and grace, serving as a Lady-in-Waiting to Queen Amalia. Her striking appearance and noble lineage captivated European nobility, earning her the nickname 'Rosa', reminiscent of a blooming rose.
