Her career has been significantly shaped by director Oļģerts Kroder, with whom she collaborated on numerous impactful productions. Karele's portrayal of characters reflects both grace and strength, making her a beloved figure in Latvian theatre. In recognition of her contributions to stage arts, she was inducted into the Theatre Golden Fund in 2022.
